Colgate-Palmolive typically conducts extensive consumer testing to help them determine which new products to launch each season. However Colgate’s customers don’t always provide them with sufficient time to conduct this consumer testing and still get everything to the launch. In the fall of 2015 Colgate’s customer requested that they quickly consumer test four new hand soap variants to see if they could be included in their 2016 portfolio.
Due to the unexpected nature of the request, Colgate needed delivery of the labels within 7 days to satisfy their time line. The clock had started and MCC did not have artwork, tooling, and materials to produce these items.
Through our commitment to innovation and continuous improvement, we are constantly investing in new technologies, materials and process to ensure we remain at the forefront of our industry, pioneering new standards for premium labels. From raw materials to finished goods, our in-house Research & Development team has a focused effort on new product development and new market innovations that help build brands and drive sales.
