Our customers consistently find that in-mold labeling is a cost effective solution for the decoration of plastic containers. It removes the need for post-mold labeling, eliminating costly bottlenecks in production and requiring less manufacturing floor space.
In-mold labels work well in either injection mold (Verstraete IML, a Multi-Color Company) or blow mold applications, providing the ultimate “no-label” look even on unique container shapes. These labels provide superior graphic reproduction, with a high degree of product security because of the lack of delamination. IML film labels are regrindable and recyclable, increasingly important in today’s state of environmental consciousness.

The 2-Ply IML allows CPG manufacturers to offer coupons and advertisements directly on blow molded IML bottles but only go through one production run. Thereby simplifying the promotional process and bringing flexibility to one’s marketing capabilities without sacrificing operational time or efficiencies with multiple passes on press
We offer peelable labels that the consumer can easily peel from the packaging. A peelable label is an elegant solution in campaigns involving competition points and discount vouchers. The consumer no longer needs to cut the packaging into pieces or fiddle around trying to remove the label. A peelable label is a very user-friendly alternative.
Barrier IML is one of the techniques used to produce plastic packaging with a barrier function. The purpose of this is to form a barrier between the contents of the packaging and anything harmful from the external environment that may affect the contents.
