Frederic Noel Joins MCC as President, EMEA

Chicago, Illiniois – January 15, 2024

Frederic (Fred) Noel has joined MCC as new President, EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), effective January 8. Fred is a highly accomplished leader with 25+ years of international experience at the Lindal Group, Avery Dennison, Technicolor and Goodyear.

Most recently, he served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Lindal, a primary packaging supplier to CPGs. Prior to that, he held executive leadership roles in operations, supply chain, manufacturing excellence and P/L, ultimately heading Avery Dennison’s Graphic Solutions EMEA business. Fred has received several leadership excellence awards for his relentless focus on execution, delivering significant EBITDA, driving a high-performance culture and instilling a lean operations and safety mindset.
