Li Wen Joins MCC as SVP Marketing & Product Management – Americas

MCC is pleased to announce that Li Wen has joined the company as SVP Marketing & Product Management effective May 18, 2026.
Li is a seasoned global executive with a proven track record of driving growth, building high-performing teams, and delivering strong business results across complex, multinational organizations. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Graphics Solutions Global at Avery Dennison, where he led a business generating more than $600 million in revenue. During his tenure, he consistently outperformed market growth, improved profitability, and accelerated expansion across key segments.
Over the course of his career, Li has built deep expertise in P&L leadership, strategic planning, innovation, and commercialization. His experience spans multiple industries, including materials science, technology, and consumer products, and includes leadership roles at Apple, BASF, and Ecolab. He holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry and an MBA, bringing a distinctive combination of technical depth and commercial acumen.

The appointment comes as MCC advances a more integrated operating model, bringing together Marketing, Product Management, Technical Development, Technical Services, R&D, Pricing, and Estimating under unified leadership. This structure is designed to better align customer and market insights with product strategy, innovation priorities, and technical execution, while simplifying operations and enhancing focus on high-value opportunities.
In his new role, Li will lead efforts to prioritize the most impactful growth initiatives aligned with customer and segment needs, strengthen the connection between commercial strategy and technical execution, and drive greater discipline in resource allocation. His leadership is expected to support a more focused innovation pipeline, reduce complexity, and accelerate execution in an increasingly dynamic global market.
Li has extensive experience leading diverse, global teams and driving organizational transformation, positioning him well to lead the next phase of growth for the company’s Marketing & Product Management organization.
