MCC acquires Mexican shrink sleeve label manufacturer Eximpro

Acquisition expands MCC’s shrink sleeve labeling network, creates new foothold for growth in Mexico and North American markets. Eximpro leadership team to continue running business under the MCC Eximpro brand.
Chicago, Illinois and Mexico City, Mexico – December 19, 2024 – Multi-Color Corporation (MCC), one of the largest label companies in the world, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Mexico-based Eximpro, a leading provider of shrink sleeve label (SSL) solutions. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1997, Eximpro is the top Mexican producer of SSL, a high-growth labeling technology in which full-color 360-degree labels conform to the shape of the container, most commonly used in beverage applications. With its continuous investments in its people, processes and technology, Eximpro adds further capabilities and market reach to MCC’s existing portfolio of SSL solutions.
