The Bird in Hand Tasmanian Series is a limited release, crafted to harness the cool-climate terroir and produce wines of distinct character and elegance. It is an ode to winemaking in the rugged wilderness of Australia’s final frontier.
The design was intended to be different from the existing Bird in Hand line-up, setting a new tone for the brand. By contrasting early colonial art with the precision of the foil circle, the Bird in Hand Tasmanian labels represent the ruggedness and history of Tasmania along with its aesthetic appeal.
These labels, printed on Tintoretto Gesso, feature earthy illustrations with bold gold foil finishes. White screen text is used to ensure legibility across print and foiling. High Build Screen is added to distinguish the Reserve roundel.
