Our fine Blanc de Blancs is carefully crafted from our best Chardonnay base wines.
We put a lot of emphasis on the long ageing in our cellars to complement the rich palate of citrus flavours with the complexity of yeast and brioche aromas that enhance the long finish.
The 2010 Blanc de Blancs shows a beautiful luminous pale golden colour and active effervescence with a persistent release of bubbles. On the nose, at first there are powerful fresh fruit notes with notably ripe citrus fruits. A second nose has pleasant notes of white flowers and peach. On the palate supple, rounded vinosity with excellent freshness. A long and refreshing finish, with notes of nectarines and a pleasant mineral quality.” Ulrich Hoffmann, Winemaker
